Horror Disco
To stay in the wave-funkadelic disco, a little clip deliciously retro and the sound is pretty good !

Fade out over 2009
As is customary when one writes a blog to debrief her little year-end, and also and especially because I feel like it , here's my little personal to me recap, in a small school rankings and inevitably controversial. Some of these disks have not even been "chronic" here, I'll try anyway to write one or two word inspired one of these four ...
1 - Koudlam - Goodbye
2 - Fontän - Wintherhwila
3 - Etienne Jaumet - Night Music
4 - Broadcast & The Focus Group - Broadcast & the Focus Group Investigate Witch Cult of the Radio Age
5 – Lars Horntveth – Kaleidoscopic
6 – Junior Boys – Begone Dull care
7 – The Horrors – Primary Colours
8 – Land Of Kush – Against The Day
9 – Grizzly Bear – Veckatimest
10 – Danger Mouse/Sparklehorse – Dark Night of The Soul
11 – Arctic Monkeys – Humbug
12 – Jim O'Rourke – The Visitor
13 – Leyland Kirby – Sadly, the Future Is No Longer What It Was
14 – Fever Ray – Fever Ray
15 – Jeremy Jay – Slow Dance
Et, parce que la bonne musique se conjugue parfois (souvent?) au passé, trois reprints gigantic:
Don Cherry & Latif Khan - Sangam
Sabu Martinez & Sahib Shihab - Winds & Skin
Harmonia & Eno'76 - Tracks and Traces
Now, thanks to the tables and year-end retrospectives that bloom throughout the magazine and musicblog respectable (for those who have not seen it yet, throw yourself on top bloggers 2009, certified as good), I can start all over again and discover the wonders near where I went.
The Sampler 2009 4AD , among others, has already given me some ideas!

We Want War
After Beat Pyramid guts and super addictive These New Puritans back already and needed, with The Horrors, as one of two groups of rock's most exciting moment that they has been mistook for two groups of young wankers hype out soon, soon forgotten. Inventive and flashy, this new single proves they did not stop surprising us, and makes me damn water mouth to the album, Hidden , released Jan. 18.

Templet For Balsa Bridge
Can You Dig It?
Another successful challenge for Soul Jazz Records, decidedly indestructible. Can You Dig It? flies over two CDs filled to 6 years of scores Blaxpoitation that hurt the hips. Subtitled " The Music and Politics of Black Action Movies 1969-75", we came across the inevitable Marvin, Bobby, James, Isaac, Roy, Curtis, Quincy ... for pieces often ignored elsewhere. 34 tracks unstoppable funk, soul, R'n'B, you stick a disc herniation Cedars Sinai in the direction one way!
All accompanied by a lavish booklet records a hundred pages on the exhilarating epic films that were sometimes well below the soundtrack that accompanied them. Shaft in Africa, Foxy Brown, Black Belt Jones, Sweet Sweetback's Song Baadassssss and so on ... That being said, because to be honest, I have not seen half ^ ^
Guests by vengeful fist of the beautiful Pam Grier, it remains for me to sweat blood and water on these marvels of Harlem!
